Part Exchange Considered

In the current economic climate many would-be hotel buyers set on a change of career are finding the process of selling their own property painfully slow; frustrating their dream of running their own hotel or B & B. If it has been hard for you to imagine finally owning your own business then we have some good news – many of our sellers are happy to consider taking a house or other property in part exchange for their hotel. For example, if the hotel value is agreed at £700,000 and the house at £300,000, the hotelier takes the house from the buyer and the buyer makes up the difference of £400,000 via bank loan or cash.
