We are appointed to all of the major Bank/Building Society specialist valuation panels and also provide valuation advice to private & corporate hoteliers, venture capitalists, private equity, insolvency practitioners, accountants and solicitors.
We provide valuations for all requirements, including: loan security, acquisitions, receiverships, taxation & accounting purposes and expert witness.

- Experience - We boast over 130 years of sector valuation experience and value in excess of £2 billion of hotels each year. Our own Gareth Jones is an author of the RICS Valuation Information Paper on the Capital and Rental Valuation of Hotels in the UK.
- Accuracy - We have unrivalled market evidence from our agency department who sell more than two hotels per week on average. This includes off-market transactions and, where direct comparables are unavailable, an informed opinion of market sentiment and who the purchasers really are.
